PARISH YOUTH LEADERS
Camp Summit is designed for Parish groups to build community with each other and with other groups around the Diocese of Winona-Rochester. All participants must register and attend camp with a Parish group. As the Parish camp contact, you are responsible for informing your group of dates, deadlines, cost, and registration information specific to your group.

Group leaders will begin by registering their full parish group and participants. Leaders will register either "Placeholders" and/or each participant with their name, email, grade, and gender.
Once submitted, an email will be sent to the participant/parent to complete the full registration form.
Parish groups are required to have a ratio of 1 adult for every 5 youth with a minimum of 2 adults (e.g. if a parish group has 3 youth they need to have 2 adults, if a group has 12 youth they need at least 3 adults).
The maximum group size Eagle Bluff is able to accommodate for activities is 14 people. If a parish brings a group larger than 14 the group will be split into 2+ smaller groups; we will do our best to keep groups together as much as possible.
After May 1, unfilled "Placeholders" will be forfeited. Registrations and reservations are first-come, first-served, a waitlist will start once filled.
All participant payments will be paid to the parish and then one check can be sent to the Diocese. No deposits are required this year.
Camp Summit is $75 per participant.
